BOISE, Idaho – June 29, 2016 – Rekluse Motor Sports Operations Manager Sarah Haight was honored last week as one of Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40. The nod acknowledges the Idaho’s professionals who have achieved success before the age of 40. Applicants were reviewed in the categories of leadership, accomplishments, community service, vision and the “wow” factor. Sarah HaightHaight, who joined the company in 2013, began as a consultant writing safety programs before moving to Germany for four months. Haight returned to Boise, Idaho and Rekluse in September 2014 as the operations manager. “It was such a great opportunity to continue work for an innovative, Boise-based company with a first-class team,” she said. Rekluse Founder and Chairman Al Youngwerth congratulated Haight on the honor and commended her dedication to the company. “I am so pleased to see Sarah recognized for her accomplishments,” the founder said. “We’re lucky to have had her as part of our Rekluse family for a number of years. She’s the type of person whose attitude is contagious and work ethic unparalleled.” Haight said her attitude and great professional mentors along the way led to her success personally and professional. Her advice to those beginning their careers in the professional world is fairly simple. “I work hard and a do a good job and because of that I earn trust and responsibility,” Haight said. “I take the opportunities that come about and I don’t fail – I don’t let myself fail. Once you find something you love, set your mind to it, do it well and have a little fun along the way." Haight was quick to say her accomplishments did not come all on her own and credits numerous mentors, colleagues, friends and family for assistance along the way.
