Rekluse and Factory FMF/KTM Offroad Race Team have signed a three-year contract for the 2014 through 2017 offroad racing season. “Rekluse is proud to continue their involvement with the most successful offroad racing team for yet another three years,” states Austin Paden, Rekluse Race Team Support Manager. “The partnership between Rekluse and Factory FMF/KTM Offroad has been mutually beneficial. We have been able to provide the best clutches available while they have been pivotal in the development and continuous improvement of Rekluse clutch product.” As they strive to emulate the success found in previous years, Factory FMF/KTM Offroad will tackle the 2014 season with a very talented, eight-rider team spanning multiple national championship series events. Team Riders: Charlie Mullins (2013 Rekluse Champion)The reigning AMA National Enduro Champion will be defending his title in the National Enduro Series. Mullins will also be competing in the full schedule GNCC Series in the premiere, XC1 class. He missed the GNCC Championship by just a hair to teammate, Kailub Russell, and is more determined than ever to capitalize on last year’s second place finish. Kailub Russell (2013 Rekluse Champion) – Defending his title in the GNCC XC1 Class, Kailub Russell will compete in the renowned offroad championship series. His determination to hang on to the number one plate will be strong. Taylor Robert – Former WORCS Champion and 2013 ISDE Top American, Taylor Robert, will be competing in the full AMA Endurocross Championship Series. He will also be representing Team USA in the ISDE. Mike Lafferty – eight-time National Enduro Champion and 20th year professional racer, Mike Lafferty will be contesting the AMA National Enduro Championship Series aboard KTM. This year marks the last year of professional racing for Lafferty but he has his sights set on breaking the all-time Championship wins record with 9. He is currently tied with Dick Burleson. Steward Baylor – In pursuit of his 2nd National Enduro Championship, Baylor will be competing in the entire National Enduro Championship Series. He will also be competing in his first full season of the GNCC National Series in the premiere XC1 class. Grant Baylor (2013 Rekluse Champion) – Last year was Grant’s rookie season and coming away with an XC2 Championship in the GNCC Series is not a bad way to start. Grant will be defending his XC2 GNCC Championship title again this year in the XC2 class. Ivan Ramirez – Returning to the team is AMA National Hare and Hound competitor, Ivan Ramirez. Ramirez will be racing Western desert terrain as he hones in on the 2014 National Hare and Hound Championship. Kacy Martinez – Competing in the Women’s GNCC class is multi time WORCS Champion, Kacy Martinez. 2014 will be Martinez’s first full year in the GNCC Championship Series. Image
